of Srinagar-based hip-hop artist Ahmer's sophomore album,
'Ustaad' serves as a timely reminder of the pioneering MCs
razor-sharp skills on the mic.
Having teamed up with Mumbai's prodigal producer Zero Chill
during a recent session in the city, the duo collaborated on
'Ustaad', a tongue-in-cheek single that lays down the gauntlet
for the region's other MCs - dropping a not-so-subtle hint at who
occupies the throne at the given moment and the levels they
must reach to in order depose him
